About FatGoddess
I have lived all my life in Negros Island, Philippines and I want to share generous servings from mi dulce vida.
I started this blog because most of the people I know would ask about my opinion on things, food, places and other things in our world. Outspoken as I am, I can't just live a day without telling, uhm, actually exhausting everything on a topic. I just love sharing what I have experienced most especially --- everything about Negros Island.
I love good food, the cooking and the eating part. Everything food.
In the past, I have worked as writer and production manager for PROMDI CHEF on TV5 (Philippines). Our show is a food and travel show with Chef Jomi Gaston as host and directed by Direk Jay Abello. With Direk Jay and the Pureza Team|Family (you know who you are), I have worked as Researcher in the documentary film PUREZA, The Story of Negros Sugar, a 105-minute full documentary film about the sugar industry in a small island of Negros in the Philippines.
I am with the local museum, the Negros Museum, as Marketing, Special Events and Communications Officer.
